Since 1984, the Kissan Kesar family has tended the violet fields of Lethpora, Pampore — the small Kashmiri town the world knows as the saffron capital. Across generations, our craft has stayed the same: pure, patient and proudly Kashmiri.

Every autumn, before sunrise, the delicate crimson stigmas are handpicked — only three from each flower. It takes nearly 160,000 blooms to fill a single kilogram. We have never rushed it. We never will.
